- In-house Mortgages
Choose a fixed rate for one or three years. At the end of the term, the loan may be extended with payments based on interest rates prevailing at
that time. These loans are our most popular choice because of the flexibility they offer. The loans are serviced at any of our locations and
offer a variety of payment options.
- Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgages
Fixed rate mortgages are available for the purchase or refinancing of a home.
Fixed rate loans allow you to avoid any rate changes for the life of your loan. You determine the amortization or repayment period that best fits your needs, 30/20/15 years, you decide. Greenleaf Wayside Bank’s Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgages are serviced here, at your community bank. Eliminate the hassle of mailing your payments and
if problems arise, you can call us and not that dreadful, non-personal 800 number
with a series of touch tone entries. Call Us! Talk to Us!

Student Loans
When higher education has become your number one priority we can provide the resources to help.
- Federal Stafford Loan Program (FSL)
This loan is for eligible dependent or independent undergraduates or
graduate students and is based on financial need. A master promissory note
is sent or obtained from the School's Financial Aid Office
- Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan (FUSL)
The FUSL Program makes low-interest loans available to dependent or independent undergraduates or graduate students who may not have the financial need necessary for the FSL. The government does not subsidize
this program, so the student is responsible for the interest on the FUSL.
Like the FSL, a master promissory note is sent or obtained from the School's Financial Aid Office.
- Federal Plus Loan
Parents of dependent undergraduates are eligible to apply for this loan.
It is not based on financial need. Applications are available from the School's Financial Aid Office.
