We are introducing a new security feature to our online banking program in order to provide our customers with added protection of their personal information. The new feature uses an image and a phrase to help you verify that you are logging in to our website – not a fraudulent one. Also, the new feature provides us additional measures to identify you and prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.

When enrolling, you will be given an image and will select a phrase that only you will know. During future logins, the image and phrase should appear on your screen before you enter your password which will give confirmation that you are at our site. If your image and phrase do not appear, DO NOT enter your password and contact us immediately.

If you are logging in from a private computer, such as your home computer, you can register it and we will be able to identify it as yours. If you are logging in from a public computer, you will be asked to answer a challenge question that you had previously answered during enrollment. If successful, you will then be shown your image and phrase before entering your password.

This new feature provides a significant security upgrade to your online banking experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please let us know.
